The New York Times has a profile on a new Nigerian restaurant that recently opened in Brooklyn - Hills Kitchen. Located in Bushwick, Hills Kitchen opened in February and is owned by Hillary Uduh and Promise Edoro who opened it partly because of the lack of Nigerian restaurants in New York. On the menu at Hills Kitchen: Afang Soup, Okro Soup, Bitter Leaf with goat, Efo Soup and of course - jollof rice. All these dishes would taste excellent with Sheto!
