Ghanaian-born Chef Selassie Atadika featured at the Iconoclast Dinner in NYC.

Ghanaian-born Chef Selassie Atadika was one of the featured chefs at the Iconoclast Dinner event in NYC on June 8th. The Iconoclast Dinner Experience (IDE) is a multi-city annual event that provides a prominent stage for chefs of color to showcase their talent. Now in its fifth year, IDE recently hosted its annual Iconoclast Dinner—a seven-course, upscale-dining extravaganza—at the iconic James Beard House in New York City. The Root, one of the event sponsors, has a great write up on Chef Atadika who prepared duck yassa, fonio, jackfruit, mango, and spiced wild hibiscus honey for IDE. Sounds absolutely delicious!
