Quartz Africa has a recent article discussing how Beyonce's new Lion King themed album (to be released this week) is heavily influenced by Afrobeats and features many of our favorite West African artists including Yemi Alade, Tekno, Mr. Eazi, Burna Boy, Wizkid and Shatta Wale.
